At Paw & Brew, every product is made to order and customized specifically for you. Because of this, our refund and return policy is a little different from standard retail items.

Please read the details below.

1. Custom Products

All Paw & Brew products are made to order using the photo and details you provide.

For this reason:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders due to personal preference
• We cannot offer refunds for issues related to photo choice, spelling, or customization details approved at checkout

That said, we are committed to making things right if something goes wrong on our end.

2. Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

To qualify:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Include clear photos of the issue and the packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Design & Print Issues

Every design is reviewed before printing.

If there is an error caused by us (such as a printing mistake or incorrect design):

• We will reprint your order or issue a refund

If an issue results from the photo or text provided (low quality image, incorrect spelling submitted at checkout), refunds may not apply.

4. Order Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
• If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help

5. Shipping Issues

If your order is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received:

• Contact us and we will investigate with the carrier
• Resolutions may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• It will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
