At Paw & Brew, every order is made just for you. Since each coffee bag is personalized with your dog’s photo, we take the time to carefully review every design before printing to ensure the best possible result.
Every order is made to order and requires time for personalization and production.
Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped using standard shipping.
Estimated delivery within the United States is 3–5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your package until it arrives.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it before your order enters production.
Once production has started, we’re unable to make changes to the shipping address.
